I'm a machine learning enthusiast interested in building safe and productive Human-AI Partnerships that enable people to do more of what they want. As an undergrad, I studied Cognitive Science (specializing in machine learning) to learn how to build technology that behaves and interacts in accordance with human mental models and cognitive biases.
In my free time I enjoy reading, traveling and going to art museums. I love painting (see the homepage!) and these days you can find me behind my Minolta x-700 trying my hand at black and white film photography.
